OPTION 1. make very big fuel capacity so it will end after a 1 year - 1 year and half ( little more then 10 years if count all gas stations ) *So if someone have a base near a gas station or in a gas station he will have to move to another one eventually after a year or bring fuel from different gas stations if not wanna leave that base*
Alternative suggestion: See if you can fuel some empty gas cans or generators at the pump (assuming you have it turned on for the latter). You can do that directly with right click as long as the power is on and you have some in your inventory. If you can’t, the pump is out of gas, and you’ll need to find another.
