As a result just about every warning light in the vehicle came on, I could not open the lift gate and I had to press the Start/Stop button twice to turn the car off.

Currently own a 2020 MDX Tech package w/ 16k miles, purchased new, and over the past couple months I’ve been getting the above warnings on the dash. The Lane Departure Warning will pop up within 2 minutes of starting the car almost 99% of the time but the ACC/LKAS warnings will pop up intermittently at no consistent interval.
