Awakened priority (after Belinda) depends heavily on what you prioritize and the overall state of your account. Every hero has codependencies. When you have a newer account and want one hero to solo carry, Thane is massively impactful. Baden is the opposite; when you have a deep roster, Baden is the best at pushing a stacked team to the next level.
regarding TS, ASaf is also hard ABel counter, arguably the strongest awakened hero right now, so take that as you will. still need to see how she does next week in CR and NC, and if she does well in other TS debuffs. but this is a strong start. Daemia is everyone’s best team mates wtf.

Keep in mind Awakened Athalia just came out and seems to be very strong too. If you can wait a little bit with pulling you might want to slot in Athalia before going for Brutus/Solise depending on her status. Although this is a very solid way to go still.
