Duramax ticking noise.

2020 Duramax thumping sound. Thumping sound heard at idle and increases with RPM as you drive. Can hear it easily when standing outside front or when listening near front wheel wells and from inside the truck. This is my 4th Duramax so I am familiar with all the ticking noise complaints but this is not a tick.I have a 2003 Duramax and I had that ticking problem when I bought it. I currently own a 2011 Duramax LML with around 500 miles. Since first taking delivery and continuing at 500 miles, I notice a howling noise whenever the engine is under load. It can be heard at almost any RPM, but seems most noticeable around 1200 to 2000 RPM. Almost sounds like blowing arcross to top of an empty bottle.
