Moonveil allows a player to focus minimally on anything other than intelligence and still have insane speed and damage output + ranged WA that still does great poise damage.

On an int>dex build, Moonveil is simply your best option. It provides the 1 thing sorceries are generally lacking, posture damage and strong normal attacks that cost no FP. SoNaF provides nothing better. It provides weaker normal attacks, less posture damage and a 2nd comet azur on top of the one you already have.
