The fuel regulator inside the fuel tank is causing this problem.The regulator is plastic and will warp causing fuel to leak by and reduce fuel pressure during startup.Your dealer should know about this problem (there is a service bulliton on it) and will be able to fix it.Previous problems (14 months, 170 hrs) 1)Head gaskets blown -both. 2)parking brake cable broken. 2a)parking brake disc replaced during repair (faulty assembly at factory) 3)parking brake pin worked loose (separate from the snapped cable incident) 4) Shift cable broken. 5)4WD cable broken.No the belt doesn't move. If the belt isn't turning that means power isn't going to the transmission so it's probably not a transmission issue. Look at the clutches especially the drive/primary clutch on the engine. It sounds like it may be stuck. When you rev the engine is should close and engage the belt.The grinding into gear can easily be caused by an improperly working clutch. If it has been forced into gear multiple times in a rough, forceful manner, then the gear teeth can be damaged causing it to grind into gear even when the clutch system is working properly. You can also see how the primary/drive clutch has opened all the way letting the belt "fall" down to the shaft. It is not tight and the belt has some clearance on either side when it's at the bottom.
