One way to help find a leak like that is clean everything throughly then cover the rails and line with clean white rags. Drive it a little bit then inspect the rags. Just be mindful to not leave the rags there long as it is a fire hazard.

The ecodiesel was placed into the 1/2 ton platforms for one reason, fuel economy. That's it. GM put the 350 olds into their cars and pickups to boost fuel mileage and it worked. The current recall is only for Ram 1500's with the Ecodiesel. The Jeep GC Ecodiesels are not part of it. Same EGR cooler, same engine - does not make a lot of sense that they are not part of the recall.
