Basically, the heads of the player and NPCs are usually smaller than the gag meshes, and the mouths don't open or are even aligned correctly when gags are equipped. Everything else about the mod seems to run fine, aside from this one aspect.

I noticed a few places saying ddx was a requirement, but according to the conflict list devious devices se 5.1 contains everything in ddx 4.3a apart from the bodyslide stuff. I have not done much testing, but just moving ddx4.3a to before dd se 5.1 in the load order will fix the issue as all the old scripts in ddx4.3a get overridden.
