Spearman is Heavy Spearman or Darkhan. Aserai Veteran infantry have a niche as a spearman with throwing option for excellent <T5 sweeping. Throwing shield infantry is heavy axeman or wildlings, axeman are tankier and do better in melee. Shock troop is context dependent, but fians and khans guard are in the same pool so its weird.
