For me I like to take unfit, obese and weak for a +30 which will allow me to get a lot free traits. You get strength 1 in about 2 weeks and then in like a month you get fitness 1 and strength 2 just passively because the xp to gain levels is so low it’s a very good character progression and you don’t need to eat a lot of food because your trying to loose weightExtra space is huuuuge when all you got is a trunk+seats and can't just throw down a triple stack of crates when needed. Strong and Lucky is always nice. You really can't go wrong with extra self-defense in the zombie apocalypse and more resources is always welcome.
