The internet worked for the most part, but my son would complain about dropouts while watching YouTube. I finally contacted Xfinity support and the agent was finally able to fix my modem. They said there was something wrong with the boot files. After that my blue Upstream and Downstream lights stayed solid and our internet seemed much more stable.
I have no internet, I've removed all additional cables with the exception of a small 2' cable direct to the modem and all 4 lights are on but the only blue light is the receive/downstream.
