Okay, so here's what I learned as a new Oculus Store/Melonloader Bonelab user. Mods.io mods will use the Mods folder in your C:\Users\ (usernamehere)\AppData\LocalLow\Stress Level Zero\BONELAB\Mods. You only need Melonloader for heavily coded mods, like SlowFall and Ragdoll, or audio replaces, etc.

I played Bonelab via Virtual Desktop this (obviously) works, since it kinda emulates a Quest 2. So I've tried to play it native with the Pico through SteamVR and to sump it up it ...If it is on an HDD and it is on Steam then instead of uninstalling and reinstalling the game, you can just go to Properties > Local Files > Move Install Folder.
