I purchased a touch screen from Cue Screens for $139 and had it installed by an car audio place for $275 in August. It's been working great ever since. It's not the entire CUE system--it's a faulty touch screen. Cadillac wants you to purchase the entire CUE system ($1500-$2000) so they can slip the old out and the new in.

It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Then ensure the steering wheel controls communicate with the CUE.
