Can't help you with the dvd/bluray issue itself though, I have a 2022 Limited Hybrid, hybrids other than the Pinnacle do not have the bluray player with the uconnect theater package.

I have a 2017 touring L plus with the seatback screens and it seems there is no power at the seatback usb ports, the rear HDMI ports don't work and it looks like the ports should be illuminated but that's not working either! Any ideas ? Screens work perfectly - just the ports have issues (on both seats). Thanks folks !
