Bionic is already at 15 for me; so that should be fine. Wakanda is good for crucible, which in turn is good for more gear. Shuri is already at 16; so depending on who drops out from the team (think BP and KM), I might level the rest to 15 as well. The new team drops mbaku and killmonger.

Wakanda doesn't really have a use right now. So personally I think this might be the optimal team for Mercs. Depending on the rest of Taskmaster's kit, it seems like Killmonger might shine even more on Mercs than on Wakandans.
