You will need a separate phone and you will need to commit "identity fraud" in order to have a second account as each account requires a unique social security number. Hope you have someone close to you you can use/steal their identity.
Switch the apps to use Apple Maps or google maps for nav and it will display on CarPlay. The in-app navs aren't supported. In the DoorDash app select Apple Maps is your navigation and then it'll show you on your screen. I use CarPlay when I dash and it's super helpful.
