Yes, i lose 15% weapon damage overall, but when the bonus armor kicks in, thats scales from 3 pieces of blue, not just 1 or two, so basically i have more bonus armor to use intimidate. Edit: 4 directives in Summit. 2 floors at normal difficulty after countless hours of heroic control points got me a beautiful memento backpack. Exotics are the most rare to drop so just be patient. It's kind of fun to run SC with Intimidate and Memento with Ravenous on an all armor build. Ravenous gets you 80% bonus armor at full stacks and memento gives 60% per pickup.
