For me, Kandji's drawback is being siloed into the Blueprint model. No groups, no tagging, no real way to target apps to groups of machines independent of their config profiles, so you have to just copy blueprints for everything. Jamf can do just about anything, but everything it can't do, they push "solving" by offering professional services. I seriously wish everyone (all MDM providers and customers) all the best.
