You can see for 4.56's and 37" tall, 2500RPM is about 60MPH and 3000RPM is about 72MPH, so you are probably turning 2800RPM give or take.I've seen a few trucks with 4.5 inch lifts and 37s and they say they do not rub. My plan for spring is 4.5inch carli lift with 37s. Jul 24, 2012 · I had a 3" rough country lift with 37's on 20" factory wheels. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.

If you want the truck to ride worse than it does now, put a lift kit on it. If you want it to ride better than stock do a PMF or SKY reverse shackle kit with 2000 to 2004 front leafs ... Offset: When considering a lower lift (2.5"-4.5"), we recommend keeping offsets in the 0 to +12mm area. You should be able to fit a 35" tall tire no problem. Lots of others have put 35x12.50s stock height on these 17s with no issues at all. The issue may be in the rear duals if you went with a wide tire such as a 12.50" width.
