They did use a subcontractor. 2 Lowes employees lied to me.

Lowe's evidently works exclusively with a sham of a company called Keller Interiors. It appears to be national and offers franchises throughout the country. Two days prior to the install, Keller called to say they had a cancellation and could move up our install date.
