With Anarchist, you have 3 ways to regen and all work in tandem with each other to continuously armor gate. Timer (2 seconds with suit), dealing damage (1.5 seconds cooldown on proc) and lastly Bullseye (2 seconds cooldown on proc). So you can effectively sustain if you can juggle between the armor regens.

For the vast majority of weapons nothing changes, for a very few select weapons they are slightly worse because they don't work too well with the health restore, something like sniper/rpg is a worse loadout for grinder, but that's pretty much it anything else is the same as it is for any other build/deck

I've got a build where I can use any weapon, primary or secondary, and have that just reserved for killing dozers. Unfortunately I can't spec into any skills like body expertise, the most I have is +8 stability and +8 accuracy as far as weapon skills.
