In theory you might be able to get the test done on SBH, then fly to SXM the next day (with EHAS approvals) and to the US the day after (with US approvals,) but the flow needs to be perfect. All incomming calls to SXM from US to a local rental cell phone are free to the receiver. Verizon only works on the Durtch side and runs around 1.29 a min. If you are using WIFI at a resort your charges include the access with out any need of phone charges. Anguilla is overwhelmingly the better of the two locations but it's fun to explore new places and try new things. We stayed in SXM for the last days of our vacation and I don't regret it. It made the travel home MUCH easier and MUCH shorter, especially being with a 4 year old. It also was an introduction back to reality.
