Bc you can try more frequently so it seems like the learning curve is easier. If you have decent enough stats/gear you can do entry toa or tob (only worth for the quest, toa you can get drops). TOB has all the least-fun mechanics I can imagine in a raid. I leeched an entry mode for the quest cape and absolutely never intend to go back. Nylos can be a little overwhelming, and you need to learn how to attack Verzik p2. Otherwise it's fairly straightforward.
