I never tried to make any orders and on my side, “Pending Order” doesn’t even show up on my account. Only on Verizon’s side does “Pending Order” show, but no rep could find any orders that were pending and couldn’t cancel/remove this mysterious order. In fact, the only 2 orders on my account to date were completed months ago.
