Nov 25, 2019 · The password works just fine if I use my browser to sign into my Comcast email, but I've been unable to get Outlook to accept the new password. When I start Outlook it opens to my Inbox under the "Home" tab. I then click File > Info > Account Settings > Server Settings and in the Window "IMAP Account Settings" I enter my new password. I get the password request dialog box popping up repeatedly. I've removed my comcast email account and now cannot add it back. I've checked my settings in Comcast email (to allow 3rd party IMAP access) and checking all the server settings.
