Overall this Enpowered gem seems decent but needs some seriously high health stats to really shine from it's another way of getting more damage from your tanks. I am curious to see if you could stack 3 of the same empowered gem effect but that would probably not be as good due to the gem only having a chance of activation.
Is that supposed to happen? All of my other empowered gems, including my stellar class gem, have 3 stats and I thought they had to drop with that many. It just seems weird. They can drop with 2 or 3 stats. You want to go with 3 stats though so if you get a 2 star empowered gem just level to 15 then loot collect.

Then when that is up, switch back to the gem window, highlight the gem you want to remove and press Square on PS4 (X on XBONE). The only things they ever added was making pre-existing gear, regardless of how hard it was to obtain worthless, and making empowered gem boxes and stuff like that flat out painful to get, likely just to sell microtransactions. Run shadow towers each week. Just farm until you reach 10k PR with any gem you can get and upgrade them. Once you get there, you can make 5k PR classes for weekly contest and get better emp gems that way. Try to keep your Flux for Stellar weapon and ring (you can get one with Physical damage and a bad second stat) and then face/hat.
