If you have heaps of food and water you will survive. Just keep eating and hydrating until the sickness wears off. I believe it last for approx 40 minutes. Basically you take an antibiotic and watch the pill icon. When it disappears and the sick icon is still there then you take another pill and see what happens. Keep doing this until you are better.
