Personally I like using 7.62 caliber weapons for basic riflemen, AKM and FAL are my two most commonly used. As a breacher, I like running silenced sterling or grease gun and do some solid snake ♥♥♥♥, sneak up behind and decimate. Semi-automatic snipers are the best imo, SVD followed by MK14 respectively. #2.

When I started playing Sandstorm, I noticed right away that the guns don't sound good as they do in the previous Insurgency game. Nothing big, but i'll do my best to explain the differences and why they matter for gameplay and player feedback.
