It gets tricky adding programs if there are any data in the fields (like dates and stuff). I'd have to manually compare programs one by one from the ASHP directory and this sheet if there are any data in the fields rather than copy pasting the programs from the .csv file generated for each state.

There seem to be a bunch of us that went the Carribbean route or attended an international medical school. We are a very capable bunch and should definitely build each other up, support and learn from one another. Use the autopopulate functions for problem lists, meds, surgeries, labs, etc. PMH is a standard thing you need to write yourself, same with A+P.
