Customer service is a nightmare - unresponsive and unhelpful, making a stressful situation even worse. I've switched to FXmp for a more stable and supportive experience.

Other than that the platform is pretty laggy compared to quantower , ninja trader etc, but it is a good starter platform. Iāll look into this.

The % of traders trading futures through NT and Tradovate is much smaller than those who might use Tradingview to watch stocks, and crypto for example. If you're looking for free there is the community edition of MotiveWave, another solid platform. Quantower offers a free edition as well but its a new platform so you might experience some bugs.
