Do the 300 page doc, use the cube deck, read the Kaplan book, make anki cards, do the section bank, redo the section bank, take at least 3 of the AAMC FLs if not the fourth as well, make anki cards on everything you missed, and then hope for the best Nothing is a guarantee on the MCAT unfortunately.The nice thing about Kaplan P/S is that it gives straightforward explanations, and you can refer to chapter summaries for organized definitions. A lot of that section is reading comprehension IMO so your results may vary but the 300 page doc is plenty of content review. Yes, the 300 page doc is made from Khan Academy which is in my opinion the best resource for P/S review we have for AAMC stuff. Im shooting for a 515. I used the 86 page one for my first mcat and the 300 page one for the second mcat. I liked the 300 page better. For my P/S content review, I used the 86 pg doc and premed95's anki deck. If I ever felt uncomfortable with something in the 86 pg doc, I'd watch the corresponding KA video. YMMV, but I ended up with a 132 in P/S.

I'd say their breadth and depth of content are about on the dot for what you need to know for the MCAT. Except for the P/S and CARS books—I'd recommend skipping them. Use the 86- or 300-pg KA docs and an ANKI deck of terms for the former section.
