April 18, 2024. The Chickamauga crappie bite was steady in the fog which lasted until about 1030 this morning. We kept 23, released six shorts, and lost 7 more nice keepers on the surface before one of my client's got used to handling the spider rigs. Surface water temps were 66-68 and fish were suspended at 10-15 feet in 18-22 FOW.
