The phone is pretty plastic-y and the buttons aren't my favorite. The battery life is amazing, but keep in mind I haven't used the music player or maps or anything like that. Now for some thoughts on making the switch. My goal in switching has been to get to a point where I'm using a hand held internet device as little as possible.
