If your misfire follows the coil, replace that coil. If the misfire stays with the cylinder, replace the spark plug. If the same cylinder misfires, then time for further diagnosis. I'd change all plugs at one time before I spend hundreds of dollars on 7 unnecessary coils.

The Raptor has a ton going on that will make it behave different than a regular F-150, regardless of engine.
