The DA is lighter. 3W has WAY more torque , higher compression, and low end grunt than the DA.. The 3w 110 CS will out perform a DA120. 3w 110 classic is on par with the DA 120. The 3W runs a bit smoother. The engine's standard plug is a Chinese L7T plug, it seems to be a little on the hot side for the engine. Anyone know of a cooler replacement plug? Yes you will add weight over stock mufflers but you get to keep your flying fields. The only way you can clog our canisters is fill them full of sand.I have a similar one on my Extra... it's a PITA to get the dot out of the fixture... the McFueler is perfect... the threads/swivel really secures the fill line well, and looks good doing it. really easy to fuel the plane! the fuel dot that you linked to has issues where you may need pliers to remove it from the plane.
