I just ran 100 rounds of M1152 (which is slightly hotter than +p) through my P365X Macro with the Icarus grip and I can't see any finish wear on the aluminum recoil lug and total round count so far on that grip module is 300 specifically 200 rounds of standard pressure 115gr and 124gr, 100 rounds of M1152. 1.
