That amount of bleed kind of trivializes everything except things that can't bleed. There's a few of those guys scattered around. You may also want to consider speccing your godskin peeler to the frost one for frostbite with high arcane. Frostbite is a very useful affix and scales very well with bleed.

Looks like they count Eleonora's Poleblade as an S-tier arcane weapon... and I honestly don't see why. It felt pretty underwhelming due to its low damage output and blood buildup(it has like 57 buildup on +6 while godskin poleblade+7 is 87). Its weapon art is decent and good at staggering but too slow IMO. I'm 40 Dex and 27 Arcane now.The jump L1 rotates the two blades and finish with an additional attack on landing.
