If there is a short, the MOSFET will shut of power. The rear CCM is located in the ceiling of the first bay behind the steer axle. Either there is a short, or one of the connectors are open or both MOSFETs have failed. The switch lights up so likely not the multiplex switch. Here is a screenshot of the circuit.
