Bandits Curved Sword are the best only if you set the affinity to occult and keep seppaku active constantly. Setting it to occult doesn't build up bleed, like if set to blood affinity but it's the best damage output. The reason those swords are so good is that you get multiple hits per swing when powerstancing.
