I set inclinations by drinking potions in the following quantities: Primary = 8 ea Secondary 6 ea, tertiary = 4 and 4th inclination 2 ea. Drink them in reverse order 4th inclination potions first, then 3rd then 2nd and finally the primary inclination potions. To be precise you only need 2 potions to make an inclination which your pawn doesn't have into a primary, they just need to be drunk in sequence one after another. It works like this: 1 potion = from inclination not being one of your two at all it becomes a secondary; if the inclanation was already secondary it then becomes primary.Second elixir raises that inclination to ~1000 points, drops the previous elixir to 950, and drops every other inclination 50 points till it hits the 500 mark. The usual answer for this is to buy multiple elixirs and drink them in reverse order. If you want a Scather, Utilitarian, Mitigator.
My fighter pawns inclinations are Challenger / mitigator. She taunts a lot to draw attention of crowds of bad guys, which is good. And she rushes down ranged attackers first, which is good. No matter what inclination you have there is no true tank class and enemies will continue to just thrash about attacking anything willy nilly. Shield Drum is supposed to attract monsters to the pawn if they use it, but it never works and ultimately just ends up wasting your time and your pawns time when they'd be better off attacking.I run pretty much exactly the same inclination set up as Orianna mentioned above.
