One of the newest bulky waters, but unfortunately the archetype has been nerfed overall with scald being reduced to just Volcanion. It also lacks reliable recovery, which hurts its tanking abilities. 150/115 physical bulk is still nothing to scoff at though. Since the end of BW being the current generation, Smogon has made at least 3 other changes besides sleep. These changes were: banning arena trap and Shadow tag, complex banning sand rush+sand stream and chlorophyll+drought and lastly, unbanning excadrill.
