The breaker, assuming it's working probably, is clicking because there's a short, or at least an excessive current load, downstream. The window power wiring goes from the breaker to the power window relay, which is normally closed whenever the ignition key is at ON, and from there to the switches. No i did not try the 5second way, only the factory way of rolling it half way down then go up and hold for 1sec then down and hold for 1sec, that procedure got me the auto up/down to work but not able to control passenger window from drivers seat

But if the car is overheating both fans should be running at high speed, in which case, if the sub fan relay has failed, the main fan will still function.The window controller needs to be reset. Easy peasy! Turn the ignition on, no need to start the engine. Roll the driver's window halfway down. Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat.
