Yuzu totk fix.
By setting anisotropic filtering to "Default" it greatly reduce artifacts to the point where it's barelly noticeable. The fix here did get rid of artifacts, but inside the shrines my framerate drops under 20 fps. So possibly i need to go back to before set at 3x the artifacts are negligible and fps much better.

Best fix is stop dying. Best fix is to get gud. Turn off the 60fps mod if you have it and it'll fix the problem. When i went back to 1.0.0 TOTK I got this issue. I believe the modern mods conflict with this older game version. Been playing TOTK on yuzu without major issues for a while (only getting 30FPS). Today, without any changes being made, I can only get 20 FPS and the game slows down for a few moments ever couple of seconds. I've tried a combination of 60FPS and optimization mods and changing yuzu settings but nothing is working. For reference, my specs are:

Using newest EA. For any future visitors, ticking the fullscreen option BEFORE launching the game so that it already launches in fullscreen fixed the crash for me.
