You don't need to launch through mod manager to launch with script extender active, by the by. It doesn't hurt, but it's not necessary, it loads your modsettings file and SE anyway.

So i use Vortex for my mods and it works fine but since patch 4 modfixer seems to cause a lot of problems like Astarions main quest getting bugged (Raphael just nopes out of act 2), kiss animations not playing and dialogue goes missing.
