I went into the Barkingside branch today and staff member Yaseen, opened a second account for me. He was great, very energetic, helpful and knew what he was talking about. Don't remortage unless doing 6months in advance. The initial mortgage advisor was good. After agreeing to remortage with them, it has been one long battle dealing incompetent admin, spelling mistakes, errors in emails. Despite sending all required documents immediately, I have had to chase every step of the way.Seats were fine previously but some were removed during office 'improvements'.
