I decided a little late for heme/onc and am concerned about my research and ability to match in the 2024 cycle. However, I'm concerned with emotional burnout with the patient population and intensity of the fellowship as compared to rheum. Even after fellowship, I perceive heme/onc to be higher stress and work hrs than rheum, not sure if this is true.

M3 here finishing up their 6th rotation. I've seen a lot of Heme/Onc so far in the various specialties I've rotated through and it's very fascinating. I was wondering if current oncologists can provide job offers, salary, lifestyle, day-to-day operations of current practices! Really interested in this field and what it has to offer.

Dirty medicine and MedCram (not necessary) just understand the graph table and why things are called what and review over time and it should stick since its a bit random and a lot of info.
