Hello all, Just found this forum and looking for guidance. I drive a 2017 F150 with 2.7 ecoboost with 47K miles. I am the original owner. In recent weeks have notice a grinding noise coming from front driver's wheel when going at low speed. Also notice a drop off in mpg. Used to get 21.4 mpg combined and dropped to 18.5 mpg.

Unplug the vacuum line from your iwe solenoid, see if noise goes away, report back. Edit: the vacuum line from solenoid to actuators, not the line from solenoid to vacuum box / engine. I believe I have got the IWE grinding/humming noise in the front end. Seems to go away in 4A and 4hi. The check valve seems to be working properly and I have good suction on my finger coming out of the solenoid.
