Legitimate they may be, but a quick search on TripAdvisor for "JustFly" will bring up several threads, most of which contain a litany of complaints. I would recommend booking directly with the airline, as: 1) the airline will have "live pricing". Sure, JustFly will tell you it’s mentioned in the confirmation booking email, but as something as big of a deal like a transit visa, a little mention or small print is NOT ENOUGH! I had to spend money and buy a whole new one way flight ticket after almost having a heart attack in the airport from stress. Just don't book anything with the ticket floggers who advertise on the website (s) as stated by Nick. While I was on hold (10 minutes, then Rizelle would come back on the line to tell me she's "trying" to contact the airline company, put me on hold an additional 5 minutes) I looked up reviews for Justfly, and found out several people had the same complaint as I did.Here I am 48 hours later, no updates, no calls, no confirmed ticket, the airline says they still have nothing from Justfly, and I'm on hold with Justfly for the 5th time. This is not worth it. It's too late for me to get another flight at any reasonable cost and my bookings in Japan are long past their return.
You contracted Justfly to book your tickets. That isn't free. You also contracted them to process a refund for you with the airline. That isn't free. They are charging you $200/ticket (from the link above) for that service. What the airline agrees to give you doesn't matter. You didn't book with the airline.

Perfecta - the majority of tickets sold by third parties are non-refundable. If you paid money and they purchased you a non-refundable ticket then the airline has the money. Justfly basically washed their hands of it and said there was nothing they could do for me. They refused to give me a refund, they refused to let me speak with a manager and then put me on hold for over 1 hour. I have a complaint in to the better business bureau.
