I've never written a review before but feel I should warn people about this shambolic organisation. Absolute horrendous. We're an existing customer looking to downsize (half our current mortgage). We have never missed a payment and downsizing puts us at 60% LTV. We stayed with YBS to reduce the redemption penalty. Great Mortgage building society. Highly recommend!
