Hello! I have a new 2023 Forester Premium. Yesterday I turned the car on and the [S] was blinking, the check engine light is on, and the eye sight and anti collision is off. I checked online and in the owners manual which led me to check the gas cap. My boyfriend recently put gas in it and I found he didn't tighten the gas cap.
I pushed the gas down and it hesitated then accelerated. I pulled over and a few mins later the CEL, Eyesight, etc. lights all came on. The center display flashed Emissions control system needs to be checked and vehicle dynamics control system needs to be checked.
